About us

Taverham Junior school Ptfa  is a voluntary  group of parents who through various fundraising events provides support for our school. Helping to fund play equipment, school trips, helping to provide outdoor learning areas to name but a few. This year our main fundraising goals are creating outdoor learning spaces for our pupils. We are hoping to do this by creating three seperate gardens with different uses and learning experiences. Firstly, we would like to create a Peace/ hope  garden to support mental health in our school, the second garden will be teaching our children how to grow their own fruit, vegetable and herbs and getting the children to cook with what they have grown in school. The final garden is a Wildlife garden teaching our children the importance of all wildlife and enabling them to help and learn how we can  save Bees, Butterflies and Hedgehogs to name a few and showing the children how we can create the correct environment for them all to survive and learning why they are all important to our Environment.

We need your help in these difficult times when our fundraising events are restricted.

Thank you for your support and good luck!

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Tracey Jacks
